The term 'Recruitment Choice UK', 'us', or 'we' refers to the owner of the website, registered in England & Wales (Company Registration Number: 12275893). The term 'you' refers to the candidate, job seeker, or employer representative using our site.
1. Use of the Site
The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
2. Candidate Registration & Profile Accuracy
When registering a candidate profile, submitting shift specifications, or applying via our Typeform-style vetting portal, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and truthful personal details, Date of Birth, National Insurance numbers, and Right to Work documentation.
- Not impersonate any other person or submit falsified passport, selfie, or tax code verification documents.
- Maintain the security of your login credentials for the "My Choice Hub" candidate dashboard and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Right to Work & Vetting Audits
All shift placements are conditional upon successful compliance audits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any candidate profile immediately if uploaded Right to Work documents are flagged by our vetting compliance team as expired, unreadable, or invalid.
4. Temporary Shift Booking & Attendance
Candidates booked onto immediate-start shifts in logistics, warehousing, construction, trades, hospitality, or care agree to attend all scheduled shifts. In the event of illness or inability to attend, candidates must notify our hotline support at least 4 hours before the shift start to allow for replacement dispatch. Repetitive failure to attend shifts without notice may result in account termination.
5. Employer Terms
Employers registering vacancies or utilizing our candidate pipeline agree to abide by our corporate placement terms, fees, and temporary cover agreements. Vetted Right to Work records shared via client recruiter portals are subject to strict UK GDPR rules and must not be copied or stored outside our compliance platform.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to keep information correct and up to date, we provide no warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or availability of the website listings or salary benchmark variance data. We hold no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from shifts canceled by employer clients.
7. Governing Law
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
